Shipments within Canada
Shipments will be sent with FedEx Ground, DHL, or CanadaPost depending on your order. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, and require a full physical street address. For express shipping or local pickup please contact us
Shipments to the USA
The PL1 is made in Canada and CUSMA/USMCA compliant. Shipments containing batteries will be sent with FedEx ground, except for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii which will use DHL Express. We are unable to deliver to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes, and require a full physical street address, including phone number. Brokerage fees and duties or tariffs are included in the cost of shipping.
All imports over $2500 USD value need formal entry and will require you to share your personal or business information with customs. You may be contacted by the shipping company acting as broker.
Other International Shipments
All other international shipments are shipped with FedEx Express and are subject to any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.We require phone numbers for all international shipments.
