As the ski season winds down for us here in the Northern Hemisphere, it's just getting started in the Southern Hemisphere. We're thrilled to announce that the PL1 is now available to customers in Chile and Argentina, just in time to take advantage of winter in the Andes. Customers in Argentina and Chile should choose the EU style if you use type C outlets or the AUS/NZ style if you have type I outlets.

Around the end of March we were invited to demo the PL1 at Backcountry Snowcats. They were incredible hosts and we had a blast skiing the amazing terrain within their tenure. The opportunity opened our minds to the potential for the PL1 to help similar operations access more terrain and lower emissions.

We had the pleasure of attending the Canadian Avalanche Association Spring Conference in Penticton, BC, earlier this May. The CAA is doing important work and we're proud to support them as an associate member. We're interested in making connections with professionals who could make use of the PL1 as a tool for more efficient mobility in the mountains. We had some great conversations and met some excellent people. We're continuing to seek collaborations with ski patrol, search and rescue, and avalanche practitioners who are able to help us prove new use cases for the PL1.

At the end of April there was an article written about the PL1 in POWDER Magazine, and we're pretty stoked about it. We think it's an honest and well written description of Ian Greenwood's experience with the PL1. It comes across to us as overwhelmingly positive while acknowledging the limitations and criticisms of our product.

We want to hear from more people about their experiences with the PL1, even if it's not as eloquent as Ian Greenwood's recent article. We've set up reviews on our website and we're eager to hear from our customers. If you have had a chance to enjoy your PL1 this season, please take a moment to let us know how it went and what you think of our product.

Lastly, we are maintaining prices for existing inventory, but will need to adjust pricing as we tool up for next season. If you're interested in a PL1 for next season, now is the best time to buy.

Let it snow!
