Happy Holidays!
It’s Christmas Eve and we’re gearing up to ship our latest batch of production models of the PL1. We will be taking a few days off to celebrate the holidays with family and friends, but as soon as we return to work we will be shipping our first batch of units to our backers. We are a very small team and we still have a lot of units to build. Units are being shipped in batches as they are built and tested. So if you are seeing other folks receive their orders before yours, don’t worry, your order is probably still in the process of being built. Fortunately, we are getting more efficient at assembling them with each batch. If you are a backer, you should have received a survey confirming your shipping address. Please fill this out if you haven’t already.
We are still finalizing our packaging and putting the finishing touches on our user manual. We’re optimistic that these won’t be the cause of any further delays.
We’re stoked to start seeing our backers with the PL1 out in the wild. In the meantime we appreciate your patience as we put everything together.
